Line in ini

With the notes client down just find the template setup- line in the notes.ini and change the value to 49 or actually any number but the current version and this will cause the next time the client starts up to refresh the local files design of log, names and bookmark to the correct version. If you want to do refresh on the client install just do the same to the setup= line
